Wow!

Last night I returned to work after a couple of days off and saw a waiter I hadn't seen in over a week. I figured that he took a few days off or we were just working opposite shifts so I asked him what he was up to.

He just returned from being suspended because a customer complained by sending an email to head office 30 days after they had ate at the restaurant.

Wow is all I can say. Imagine 30 days!
